Yaskra Quote Recovery sells digital products. No physical products are shipped.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, customers receive electronic access to the digital files included with their purchase.
Quote Recovery System PRO may include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, ZIP, and other digital files.
Delivery may be provided through the order confirmation page, email, customer account, download link, or another electronic delivery method provided by our ecommerce platform.
DELIVERY TIME
Digital access is generally provided shortly after successful payment.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, technical issues, fraud-prevention checks, or temporary service interruptions.
NO SHIPPING FEES
Because our products are delivered electronically, no physical shipping fees apply to digital-only orders.
DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS
If you do not receive your download, your download link does not work, or a purchased file cannot be accessed, please contact:
support@yaskraquote.com
Please include your order number and the email address used during checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide replacement access to legitimately purchased files.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that their device and software can open the file formats included with the purchased product.
We recommend downloading and securely storing a personal copy of purchased files after receiving access.
